Privacy Policy
Introduction
CyberActive is organised by Sirris, Howest, VUB and UCLouvain, hereinafter ‘the CyberActive partners’. This partnership is made possible with the support of FPS Economy and the European Union (NextGenerationEU), under CyberActive assignment awarded to the aforementioned partners.
The purpose of CyberActive is to educate companies (with low maturity), especially SMEs and self-employed, and to allow them to determine the best way to access the necessary cybersecurity skills.
For the partners of CyberActive, the trust of interested companies, entrepreneurs and partners is of utmost importance to achieve their goals. Therefore, they are fully committed to processing and protecting their personal data in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This privacy statement explains who the controllers are, and provides an overview of the types of data processed, the purposes for which they are used, who they are shared with, and your rights regarding your personal data.
Who is the controller and who is the processor of the personal data?
According to the agreements between FPS Economy and the European Union (NextGenerationEU) and the CyberActive partners, the FPS Economy and the European Union (NextGenerationEU) is the ‘controller’ within the meaning of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The CyberActive partners process the personal data in the name and on behalf of FPS Economy and the European Union (NextGenerationEU) and, in this respect, are the processors of the personal data within the meaning of the GDPR. Since the CyberActive partners may process the data for purposes beyond the FPS Economy and the European Union (NextGenerationEU) project, they are also considered processors under the meaning of the GDPR.
What data does CyberActive collect?
